Prepare the following documents and understand the rules for using the unit so your trip runs smoothly without problems.

- Driving licence (SIM)
- ID card (KTP) / Family card (KK)
- Tax number (NPWP) — optional
Usage Terms
- One day of use covers the eastern route as far as Sigli and the western route as far as Gurute.
- Three days of use adds Subulussalam, Singkil, Blangkejeren, and Medan.
- Trips beyond those distance limits carry an additional charge based on distance, agreed with the admin before departure.
- Use within Banda Aceh city follows the applicable In-City All-In package rate.
- Fuel, tolls, parking fees, and tourist tickets are paid by the renter, except on All-In packages.
- Self drive rentals have a minimum of 1 day and require the renter's original documents as a guarantee.
- Returning the unit late carries an additional charge per hour.
- Any traffic violation during the rental period is the renter's responsibility.
- Units may not be used for illegal activities or to carry dangerous goods.

How do I book a car?
Open the price list, press Book on the unit you want, then fill in the start date, duration, and service option. The details are sent to an admin automatically via WhatsApp, and unit availability is confirmed in the same chat.
Can I rent a car with a driver?
Yes. Every unit can be booked either way: self drive if you want to take the wheel, or with one of our drivers. On the booking form, choose Car Only for self drive, or Car + Driver and All In to have a driver. In-City All-In and VIP bookings come with a driver selected by default.
Does the price include fuel and a driver?
The rates shown are the per-day rental rate. Fuel, tolls, and parking are the renter's cost, except on the All-In package. You can add a driver or choose the All-In package on the booking form.
What documents do I need to prepare?
A valid driving licence (SIM) A or B1, plus an ID card (KTP) or family card (KK). For rentals by government bodies, companies, or monthly rentals, prepare the tax number (NPWP) as well. For self drive rentals, the original documents are held for the duration of the rental.
Can the unit be delivered to the airport or a hotel?
Yes. Fill in the pickup point on the booking form, for example the airport, a hotel, or a home address. The delivery fee is informed by an admin according to the location.
Can the unit be taken outside Banda Aceh city?
Yes. One day of use covers the eastern route as far as Sigli and the western route as far as Gurute. For longer trips, three days of use adds Subulussalam, Singkil, Blangkejeren, and Medan. Beyond those limits, the extra charge depends on distance and is confirmed by the admin before you set off.
What if I return the unit late?
Returning the unit late carries an additional charge per hour. Let the admin know via WhatsApp as early as possible so the return can be arranged.
